Version 0.2.0

After my first round of feedback from strangers and friends alike, I've made a minor but critical update in the form of a title, authorship, table of contents, foreword, intro and some other minor edits! I also edited the description to show when the game was last updated right at the top.

I have a small doc compiled of feedback that I'll be going through piece by piece! Since discovering this devlog, I may remove the improvements section of the file in a later update, possibly in 0.3.0, or transfer it to the devlog, but we'll see.
